Our parcels are currently only shipped within the UK and Ireland. We use royal mail postal services.
At checkout please ensure to select the correct postage option.
Our postage options are Second class standard or a second class signed for option. If you require a first class option please get in touch.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you're looking to return of exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your order. You can return your order if unused and undamaged for store credit or a different product.
Please note the following exceptions;
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must be in original packaging without visible signs of use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps;
Send a direct email to email@example.com containing your order number and any information about the issues with your order. Attach any photos that are relevant.
Send the items back to us once email communication is established.
The items must be well packaged in a big enough box with plenty of packaging protection to ensure the items returned are not damaged. Sent royal mail signed for for easy tracking and reassurance.
Refund/Credit/Exchanged items will be processed within 48 working hours upon your items arriving back at SML
The return postage fees must be payed by the customer, it will then be added onto your credit or returned once the items arrive.
Please allow up to 10 royal mail working days for your items to arrive, courier delays add on to our shipping times. Although these are uncommon it is still a possibility.
